Providing you with a safe and secure environment to explore the problems that have been a challenge to you. There are answers and I have discovered several resources in the 20 years I have been involved in recovery from substance abuse and post traumatic stress disorder.

Guided meditation will take you into a safe place to finish unfinished business. Using a journal to write about the problems and seek answers is another great tool that I will teach you to use.

9 years as a substance abuse counselor, 20 years as a mentor and sponsor, spiritualist and coach.

Experience working with behavioral and mental disorders such as post traumatic stress disorder. Understand the issues with childhood abuse, domestic violence, and rape.
