BitWine Taskbar won't run

I don’t mean it actually won’t run, I can see it running in my task manager, but it won’t actually do anything, there’s no window or anything, Skype doesn’t even seem to recognize it’s running either, it doesn’t ask for permissions or anything. I just downloaded it, and it doesn’t work at all.
