can you please email me.. i have my profle on here as a reader, and i have nothing but trouble, there is absolutly no help, as i have left message in the forum with NOOOOO!! response.. i dont think they even care about there experts nor there clients.. the same day i downloaded on skyp(which is very confusing) i had a client that came in and ask me a question (unpaid) i said something and i click off. any how on alot of other sites your not allowed to leave a rating or message and that client was allowed to do that for shown on view which is not right

Response in 19 Hours is better than most.

I have sent you mails in the past in 3 occasions, and I hope this one will help as well.

We know that many had problems with Skype and this is why I asked you back then to join our Phone option.

We have now opened that to all Advisors and it is under the “My profile” tab after you login.

We noticed that many advisors switched to the Phone and we got very good responses from that with about 200% jump in the paid sessions.

The rating from unpaid sessions is a question that we deal with and we get comment both ways.

We do however give much more importance in the Ranking calculations to Paid Sessions, so regardless of the written comment the ranking and the position in the listing will hardly be affected by a bad feedback on a non-paid session.
