If you want to be a winner in life you’re going to have to learn to take the hits, be slammed against the wall boards, slide across the ice, and take the hits, get back up and keep moving.

You’re going to have to learn to be fearless and move through the illusions of chaos and confusion.

Move through the many negative naysayers, fault finders, nit pickers, liars, and stop feeling defeated. Gain confidence learn to move forward.

Move through obstacles and hurdles, and shoot for the goal regardless of what people are saying, doing around you, or what the circumstances look like in the moment.

Move to shoot for the goal with precision and focus. Shut off the worlds’ noise and navigate across the ice without losing your balance and harmony in life.

You can listen to world, or create your world, have a vision for your future, and never stop moving. You can be skating backwards in life and get stuck on all negativity. You can get paralyzed in fear. You can skate forward and stop losing.

You can play the victim. You can also become the survivor and move in and out of the dark and light with ease.

There is always training, practice, learning skills, and mastering life & spiritual lessons.

Sometimes you have to shake it all off, and keep moving forward and shoot for the goal over and over again.

Shake the Negativity off!

thank you….wish some advisors would stop trying to convince people that it won’t happen without them doing a cleansing …it’s mind over matter.

Thank you pices. I think this comes to the purpose of meditation. What is the purpose of meditaiton? It is to go within. Inward and shut off the outer world.

To learn to trust yourself and clear and cleanse out your chakra’s on a daily basis. To keep your aura intact.

The world is filled with negativity, but yes this is where mental toughness comes into play and managing your emotions, becoming resilient, bouncing back on your feet, and not allowing anyone to manipulate your emotions, thoughts, and feelings.

If you study mental toughness/meditation/visualization/sports psychology it all teaches you to have laser focus and yes, mind over matter.

The world uses chaos and confusion and fear to keep you from seeing clearly and with clarity.

This is a very good article Heavenly. Guided meditations with many of my clients has been successful in helping them release the bondage of fear and anxiety. It is not a quick or permanent fix, but daily meditation leads many (including myself) to a place of peace and understanding.
