The message for this week is as follows:

Love to the point of overflowing.

We do this by taking care of ourselves first and then extending that care out to other people. When we love ourselves first at certain point that love will start to overflow and we will have no choice but to share it.

This is true for intangible things like love but it is also true for money, opportunities, and even compliments.

This may seem selfish at first but it really is a wonderful path for personal happiness.

We cannot give what we do not have. So, if we love to the point of overflowing, that excess will naturally reach other people.

Let’s take care of ourselves this week!
