It’s perfectly ok to feel what you feel!

We’re all human and during the course of our day, week, month, or even year a range of emotions may come to the surface. While it may seem more pleasurable to avoid emotions such as fear, anger, or sadness feeling and expressing these emotions is actually to our benefit.

So cry, scream, laugh, journal, or watch a good movie that supports the mood you are in.

The beauty of emotions is this, once we express them and acknowledge them they usually give way to a new emotion. So, fear turns into hope, anger turns into joy, and sadness turns into happiness.

Just express yourself! What’s inside wants out!
