Aries: Emotion, passion and instinct are the focus for this month. It could be that you tackle things with more emotion or instinct than usual. Give your emotions and passions a bit more scope in all that you do ask yourself what would give you pleasure or what do you enjoy doing? But be careful to keep a firm hold on yourself.

Taurus: Your own personal pleasure has complete priority. You will make sure that you feel comfortable, perhaps hear some pleasant music, take a bath, eat something fine, or pamper yourself. Use this as an occasion for being conscious of your well-being, as this is important for the foundation of making decisions, but avoid becoming too selfish because of it; sometimes it is a bitter pill to swallow.

Gemini: This month you will come to a decision which probably won’t be only pleasing to you. It might be connected with a certain disappointment or disillusionment, but at the same time you will experience relief. Accept this decision, which opens up a new field of vision, and through which you will progress, but at the same time don’t force a decision, let it come naturally.

Cancer: May is about managing to accomplish an aim and coordinating the energy for it. There was probably some confusion and disagreement in the past concerning this, which prevented further progress. Bring your intentions into line, or try to give a name to your different interests within a group. Don’t be too rigid, some things can simply be postponed.

Leo: The emphasis is on perseverance, keeping up and overcoming fear. You might hesitate to progress further in a certain matter. At the outset your hopes may be raised but then you may suffer misgivings. It is important that you have further confidence in yourself at this stage even if you tread warily. Show your perseverance and bring the matter to a close. You are almost at your destination; don’t be too cautious or too rash.

Virgo: You will encounter speed . For some reason or other you have to or wish to be quick, feel enthusiasm which urges you along, or which results in something out of the blue, that you weren’t expecting. Pay attention to where the equilibrium of this sudden fervor is. Allow it to take hold of you, enjoy this wave of energy, but be careful not to grope about in a meaningless passing enthusiasm.

Libra: Hard work and perseverance are on the agenda. It might be to do with your work, a hobby or your efforts in a personal relationship. Hard work and perseverance are important for achieving one’s object. Use this intensive phase and your inclination for it, but don’t forget the necessary rests in between. It is especially during these intervals that processes can occur, which will support conscious action and provide for subconscious development.

Scorpio: You will meet up with someone who shows clear authority and aims. You will probably feel respect for and have confidence in this person. Now just ask yourself how you could try to reach or accomplish your aims. Orientate yourself on this person’s ideal character, but even more bring your own independence and strength to life.

Sagittarius: Your material possibilities will bear fruit. You may buy something, do extensive business or invest in a project. Don’t cling to your savings and purchases, but allow them to be converted into profit for yourself and others. Be careful not to be extravagant or to do bad business, try and keep a straight balance.

Capricorn: Something crucial will happen to you . You may pass an exam or make great progress in a certain matter. What ever the case allow yourself the feeling of having reached a new level. Take the last necessary step in this direction, be pleased about the result, but beware of arrogance or condescending behavior.

Aquarius: You will possibly decide to carefully cover up your beautiful acquired things and to occupy yourself with more unpleasant elements. Perhaps you only have to get up from watching television in order to hang up the washing, but it might have to do with something on a bigger scale. Bring yourself to take this step, in case it is really necessary, but don’t be too sensible, ‘everything in its own time’ can be a substitute for ‘first work, then play.

Pisces: May is about observing matters from a higher level. Look calmly at everything or at a particular thing from a certain distance and look for the meaning and association without becoming swept up in theory or loosing one’s footing.
