Has anyone else noticed this that outside of paid sessions now callers are not able to type anything in chat to the reader?

yes, I’ve noticed that with the new system update, you aren’t able to reply to the advisor unless you pay, and if it does get disconnected and you try to chat back, after 3 minutes it would ask you for a payment again or else, you wouldn’t be able to reply or say anything to your advisor. its really frustrating, and this happened to me a few times last week. hopefully they get to fix this issue.

Yeah I think it’s actually a deliberate change, not an error. They won’t “fix”it…
