Back to BitWine Discussion

1.) Make it so that when clients contact you on “busy” they get a (customizable) auto-reply and are given the option to make an appointment.

2.) Make it so that we can embed a way to pop up the chat window on a web-site instead of just linking to our profile.

3.) Buttons that don’t look as ghetto cheesey. :-) Maybe ones that have indicator that show whether we’re online or not.

Oh, one more thing! It would be great if we could charge a different per-minute rate between Chat/Skype and Jajah so that we can factor potential fees into the charged price. Thanks!

Please add Construction category. I know it would be useful.While your at it a green category would also be nice.

Hi Alon – I have some questions/comments. Emails have not received responses. This community forum is accessible to advisors & clients without even logging in. Anyone can read it. Shouldn’t there be two forums? One for advisors, and one for clients, and only seen upon log-in?

Your site has been up for a long time but doesn’t seem to have any traffic/business yet. I will say that I LOVE the design and ease-of-use. It has the potential to be very successful…

Somehow I can not send you e-mails on support can you check your Spam Filter ans set it to accept mails from bitwine.support@gmail.com? I also tried from your web site and it does not let me send.

I am very new here and am shocked at this site. It is fabulous, attractive, easy to use, superior to many others that I have used, however I do not understand the lack of traffic.

I seem to be getting almost spammed with people with no ability or incline to pay for this service. They are calling me on skype through Bitwine. They say they do not have any funds? does anyone else get only these calls? Also these calls are all from far away countries.

TellGrace – I don’t think they are calling you on BitWine. What makes you think this is on BitWine and not just Skype? (the pop up you may see momentarily is when we check if this is a BitWine call or not). Please email support@bitwine.com to follow up.

TellGrace, I’m not getting annoying Skype calls. My current annoyance is that many people initiate a chat and ask a question then close the chat before I can type anything. It drives me nuts.

Also, there should be an indicator to clients when we are on the line with another client. I lost a client today because I was chatting with another.
