Hi! I’d like to know if there is a way to give advice without using an headset. I mean that I want to help people via text messages: is it possible?

I often simply chat with my clients…have you downloaded the Bitwine taskbar? It was the key to unlocking the puzzle to me.

Yes! You have many options:

1.) The chat client you can use as a text chat only. Just close Skype and don’t invite them to Skype or Jajah.

2.) You can use Skype through your computer’s speakers and a microphone.

3.) Jajah works through your telephone handset.
