1st experiences connecting to spirit world!

Back to Ask a Psychic!

Hi anyone and everyone, I have only just started feeling a connection to the spirit world, the feelings, I hear everything louder than before, headaches, backaches, presence of someone always around, heat in one foot but the other night it was like someone close to me that has past came to me told me a name and about 30min later another name which I know of as a surname.. I’m wondering if what I believe I’m feeling, hearing, seeing is some what accurate or am I loopy? And if I am on the right path is there a msg my grandfather is trying to get across to me?
