Hi, my son and my US travelling visa expired a few years ago. When I went to renew, they denied both of us on the grounds of me being a single mother with not enough ties to my country. Since then I have tried twice with the same outcome. We have always had a visa.. My circumstance is beyond my control… this is my life. I have never committed a crime or have any intentions of running away to live in the US. I can’t keep paying the embassy those high fees to get denied with no advice or help of what I need to do to be accepted.

Will my son and I ever be given back our visas? If so, when?
