Back to Ask a Psychic!

I’ve been trying to speak to my advisor and every time we start the chat, we keep getting disconnected. I have reported this but I just wondered if anyone else was having the same troubles? This has been going on for a few days now.

I used to work for a network that did this -purposely. They wanted the psychics to work harder at keeping a certain length of per call average in order to receive bonuses for longer calls..a way to make us work harder to keep callers on the line. While it was annoying, it happened a lot. This is why I left the aforementioned network.

I have found with my clients that have this problem that it usually has something to do with their internet. Try using an ethernet cable and hardwiring your internet connection to see if that helps.

It wasn’t my internet but the problem has now been resolved and thank you to those who replied.
