After the talk, all confusion is gone as far as if he wants a relationship etc. He doesn’t. Ever since the talk it’s been hard for me to communicate with him. He’s reached out 3 times and I responded but im uneasy about how to approach things at this point. Does anyone see my heart healing with no bitter feelings towards him so we can be friends?

We’re trying the friend thing. It’s been ok so far but it’s as if everything is different. At least for me because I’m trying to remove my feelings. I’m not hopeful for anything coming on Valentines Day like I was beforr. When i think of my future love life he’s not in it anymore.

I agree. I told him we should ease into the friendship because talking daily isn’t going to help me heal. He just wants to jump right back into things as if nothing ever happened.
