I am sure of where I should be asking this question.

I have gone to some places that are haunted by spirits. When I go to these places I will feel pressure in my head, kind a like a caffeine headache. Some times I will feel this pressure when I am at home, work or shopping.

I am wondering if this is a psychic ability? If so, what type of psychic ability is this? Is there away to develop this psychic ability?
