hi, my birthdate is september 3, 1982. Recently we had got new neighbors that had moved in the next building in the back bottom floor. they are such troublemakers they keep parking their car and truck in back of my relatives sport car, i feel like their doing this on purpose why are they doing this?..the guy and the woman have issues . me and my family are not afraid of them. What will become of this
