My son didn’t buckle down until the end of the year in School. He tried extremely hard at the end to do all the work to catch up. My question is will he get promoted to the next grade? His DOB is 11/17/99

I can’t answer this question unless you get a paid reading from me. I can give you a few details. He’s a very sensitive boy, and I do see him being extremely ambitious, he is sort of ambitious.
