Coldness while in dreamstate

Hi, any advice or clarity would be appreciated please. For the past 3 years I’ve been having dreams where in my dream I come upon a surge of cold tingling air that feels so intense on my physical body, that it makes me shake. As this feeling is so unnatural to what I have ever experienced while awake I treat it with caution and while experiencing it in my dreamstate I use white light, chanting of the word ‘love’, lords prayer etc and this dissolves the cold surge immediately. Becuase it responds to this does that mean it isn’t coming with love? Last night it went on and on so now I feel quite exhausted from it. Any guidance would be appreciated. Warmness x
