task bar and chat requests

Hello. I jsut got all signed up. I have the task bar icon at the bottom of my computer and I have right clicked, double clicked and I am not ablt to see the task bar. When I right click the option to “hide the task bar” is not highlighted, so it sppears to be telling me that it should be visible. Help, please. Also, will not being able to see the task bar prohibit me from responding to chat requests? Or charge for them?

The task bar is just a little menu with ‘Online’ ‘Advisor Menu’ and such options.

If someone calls you a larger window pops up though.

It sounds like you’ve got it working fine as long as the icon is Orange (which means you are Online to receive calls)

I have the little orange icon with a white arrow sweeping to the left. I don’t want to do skype or telephone sessions. I want to do chat sessions. Is this the way it is suppose to be?

The bitwine taskbar says I missed some chats so it placed me offline. But I never heard a sound alerting me that I have a chat or caller for a session. Is anyone else having issues hearing a chat session starting?

Also, is there a way to test the sound on the bitwine taskbar?

You can open a browser, and while NOT logged in to your BitWine account, go to BitWine.com, find your profile, and start a chat.

just created an advisor account here on Bitwine, and I’m kind of confused by the setup. I don’t like to do tarot readings through the phone and prefer to do my client’s questions and answers in a chat room. I see that Skype does have an instant messenger capability, but do clients get billed when using the chat option on Skype?

Basically, I’m asking if clients can connect to me through chat only?
