I tried several times to add a photo to my profile, follows all your rules and advice but I keep getting error messages, what’s wrong there? I tried to upload pictures with the right size or smaller and in JPG/JPEG/GIF format. None of them resulted in a display of the pictures.

We looked into this issue, and we think your problem may have been the size of your image. Please check and see if your image was more than 200KB. If so, it will not be accepted. (we’ll get an error message up for this situation asap)

And certainly let me know if that was not the problem.

The size of the image is always the only problem in sites like this.

If the size is OK then it will be no more problems.
