I bring real world experience to my business clients as I have personally participated in the start-up and operation of companies and the development of real property for commercial and residential use.

In addition to my business practice I have participated in important and novel civil litigation cases and have argued before the California Superior Courts, Courts of Appeal and Supreme Court. Several of my cases have resulted in published opinions.
