hey there I’m not so new here any more and love any moment. but then again it’s me Im a happy being. however here is few small tips : I get every day on skype search name one city in the world and send everyone in the city that fit my usual clients and speak English short introduction via the chat box with my link over here – I do it nice short and apologize if I bother so no angry skype users arrives to take revenge. ye I know its like spamming but hey – I have no money for promotion. I do so on all the answer and questions form you are familiar with: leave short answers. my style and they way I give short readings and if they like they are looking for me (the link to here is always attached to my answers) and if I get chosen for best answer etc – more people check my profile and come for talk. askville on amazon.com suspended me for that self promotion but hey – can’t blame a girl for trying and I really gave short advices prior to the “you can call me for more” ... and sure chat rooms is also a good place to express your gifts and knowledge . I have it easy I have the numerology its like second nature to me and reveal me pretty fast things I can say and shock others with (lol) but you can do that also with any gift you have that you wish to express and I am sure you will see some traffic coming your direction. I offer specials , I offer short free introduction and I put my url all over my net work and on my personal signature when I send mail and being exposed so much is good trigger its like having your sign all over the place – the net is like wide road – so many are driving by your signs you can never know who will come … try and let me know.. good luck |

Yes! You have many options: 1.) The chat client you can use as a text chat only. Just close Skype and don’t invite them to Skype or Jajah. 2.) You can use Skype through your computer’s speakers and a microphone. 3.) Jajah works through your telephone handset. |

I would love a “public board” (or a board that only advisors could see). I still think it respects privacy, because those who choose not to use it can not post questions there and can seek an advisor out through the usual means. Thanks for being receptive! |

Yes, you have to click the “start charging” button in order to charge the client. Yes, Jajah does charge a connection fee! I haven’t been doing Skype or Jajah calls and have just been charging through the chat client with success. I imagine that you could close the Skype icon in your task bar and then don’t invite clients to Skype or Jajah if they call you through the BitWine chat client. Contact support if you get confused though, as I’ve found them very helpful! |

Hello, I’d like to suggest that those who don’t actually hire and pay for service should not be able to rate advisors. I have a bunch of bad ratings from people who never even used my service and quit the chat before hiring. I don’t think that’s fair to advisors and it hurts my business on BitWine from actual paying clients. Also, I’d like to be able to block such individiuals from contacting me who have no intention of paying for my service and are abusive. Thanks for reading! |

Now I have just seen that indeed I was charged over 1 dollar for the connection to a caller through Jajah and I would like this explained as I am at the point of not using Bitwine further until these important questions for all new people are answered. Whenever I begin the toolbar Bitwine activates Skype there seems to be no way to unlink them and yet Jajah is charging me to take a call?? How are clients going to be charged to call me throuhg either skype or jajah as it seems that I am the only one paying. |

This question has been an issue for me since starting to use Bitwine and still no satisfactory answer I have found. Firstly I do not wish to have skype linked to my Bitwine toolbar as I only get hundreds of spam callers every week and yes one can change the settings but I would rather not use it. Secondly if the client tries to use skype with me I do not know how to charge for that .. do I press ‘charge the client’ in the Bitwine toolbar? Thirdly, today I chose to try the call the client through the Bitwine toolbar and yes it called me up with Jajah only to be told that ‘I’ had only 2 minutes talk time.IS JAJAH CHARGING ME TO REROUTE THE CALLS TO MY HOME PHONE??? This really scared me off as again how do ‘I’ charge a caller who has hooked up through jajah??? Answers would be appreciated from admin please |

TellGrace, I’m not getting annoying Skype calls. My current annoyance is that many people initiate a chat and ask a question then close the chat before I can type anything. It drives me nuts. Also, there should be an indicator to clients when we are on the line with another client. I lost a client today because I was chatting with another. |

I’ve had this woman before on another site. And she just called me eleven times in thirty minutes with nothing but abuse. Typing in all caps about charging her for advise, not hiring, nor wanting advise. I sent a “Report Abuse” form, though what is there that can be done with anonymous users? |

Ok RIGHT THIS MINUTE I AM BEING BOMBED BY CHAT REQUESTS FROM THE SAME PERSON WHO IS TYPING THIS WOMAN WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY OVER AND OVER AND WONT STOP!!! PLEASE FIX THIS DAMN SITE OR I SWEAR I QUIT!!! YOU ARE THE WORST SITE I HAVE EVER SEEN TO ALLOW SUCH ABUSE AS I HAVE TAKEN IN THE LAST 3 HOURS!!! SHE IS TRYING TO FORCE ME TO LOG OFF CAUSE SHE SAYS ALL PSYCHICS SHOULD BE FREE AND I HAVE NERVE CHARGING HER!!! PLEASE MAKE THIS STOP!!!! THIS IS THE SAME PERSON WHO LEFT ALL THAT BAD FEEDBACK TOO. CHECK THE IP ADDRESS ON ALL MY CALLS TODAY TO VERIFY IT! TAKE THE FEEDBACK AWAY, AND MAKE SURE THAT WE HAVE A “BUSY” ICON WHEN WE ARE IN A CHAT SO THEY CAN NOT KEEP DOING THIS… I TALKED TO HER FOR 30 MINUTES OR SO AND SHE KEPT IM BOMBING ME THE ENTIRE TIME AND CONTINUED AFTER! CHECK THE LOGS TO SEE FOR YOURSELF!!! FIX IT FIX IT FIX IT OR I AM GONE!!! |

Hi Barb I see what you are saying. I think you have a good point. We are looking into that. There are three things that you need to know about how those things are handled so far. A) The ranking affects your listing position on the page, but, all advisors are affected the same so it will not hurt your relative ranking which is the critical element here. B) Feedback from non-paid sessions affect only slightly the total ranking, so again you will not get hurt to much from that in any case. Feedback for paid secessions carry much more weight in the ranking. C) A session needs to be longer than 1 minutes to even open the feedback window. So you have a chance to stop before it happens, if you suspect the client’s intension and I am sure you have the experience to do that fast. I hope this helps. And as I said we are looking into a better solution. Thanks Alon ... |

As a professional Psychic reader for over 14 years, I have NEVER seen anything like this!!! How is it that you allow non registered ANONYMOUS members to rate us??? I have THREE nasty ones, all from the same person! I know this is true because they behaved exactly the same way each time, just used different names and questions! I have never seen a site which allows such nonsense. If you don’t understand the psychic business let me clue you in… KIDS call every freakin day and want free advice then bash when they dont get it… OTHER READERS will call each other and leave nasty feedback to discourage others from calling… and last but not least, ADDICTS who are just trolling for free advice because they have spent all their money on readings will leave nasty feedback when they don’t get free answers. NO PSYCHIC should have to put up with any of this, FEEDBACK belongs on PAID SESSIONS ONLY!!! TAKE THIS CRAP OFF MY FEEDBACK PLEASE… and impliment a system where people who have the decency to respect your right to earn a living at this by paying you are the ONLY ONES WHO CAN LEAVE FEEDBACK THANK YOU. |

Hi Ashok There are few ways Clients find advisors. In general we value privacy, so we decided against public forum for questions. Usually clients find the advisor first and then ask the Advisor a direct question. We also encourage our advisor to promote themselves in different on-line venues that are free we list some of those on our own forum. http://www.bitwine.com/forums/2-advisor-support-forum Having said that we try to listen so if we get sufficient requests on that issue we may just add such a forum. I welcome opinions here. — Thank You for Using BitWine -The BitWine Support Team 1-888-TO-MY-HELP ... |

For the few who ask about how to cancel an account, please send a mail to support@BitWine.com and ask us to remove you. We appreciate if you add a reason so we can improve. In general there so few that we have decided to keep this manual. We are a free service and most people don’t have a downside in keeping an account active. Note that an account can also be made hidden, so that it is not listed on searches, but is is still active. Thanks Alon ... |

Hi! I’d like to know if there is a way to give advice without using an headset. I mean that I want to help people via text messages: is it possible? Thanks in advance for your reply. |

TellGrace – I don’t think they are calling you on BitWine. What makes you think this is on BitWine and not just Skype? (the pop up you may see momentarily is when we check if this is a BitWine call or not). Please email support@bitwine.com to follow up. |

TellGrace – click the “Request Payment” button on your chat console. This will request a one time payment that the client can pay via any credit card (in case they do not have PayPal). Charging money per-minute still requires a PayPal account for the client – but if they don’t have one, one can be created for them as part of the credit limit authorization phase. |

I would still be interested how an account can be closed as I no longer wish to offer services on BitWine. |

I don’t mean it actually won’t run, I can see it running in my task manager, but it won’t actually do anything, there’s no window or anything, Skype doesn’t even seem to recognize it’s running either, it doesn’t ask for permissions or anything. I just downloaded it, and it doesn’t work at all. |

I actually use a windows 98, though I shall soon upgrade to at least an XP hopefully if I can raise the money, so I am in need of a version to work with a 98, if you don’t mind. |
