Hi there, Can you please refund me? As per your suggestion I opted for Sand reading for $45. I wasn't receiving your responses for my questions and the chat browser closed on me unexpectedly. Then it calculated total charge of $45. I am not happy with the service and I did not get what I paid for. Thanks, Jane
