Charged me $20 flat fee for 1 question, I told him I never asked for a deal he said thats all he does? Nowhere in the profile does it state that all he does is "deals/packages", he then stopped and sent charge again and said Accept payment offer you will be charged per min after he had already charged me $20. The reading did not even last 3 minutes! I am reporting this to bitwine.
