Yes! Please send us all of your comments and suggestions.
The BitWine community is only as strong as the contributions of its members, so let your voice be
heard.
The Reviews system is one of the
most important tools that BitWine members can use to ensure the
integrity of our community. At the conclusion of every BitWine
session, both the Client and the Advisor will be given an opportunity
to rate the quality of that session. These Reviews are then made
available for the rest of the BitWine community to view, and can help
our members decide which potential Advisors and Clients will be the
best match for them.
BitWine does not tolerate abuse of the BitWine Network, and we pride ourselves on offering a safe environment for every member of our community.
Should you feel that any content is inappropriate, or that the behavior of any member is inappropriate,
please let us know and we will look into it right away, taking corrective action
when necessary.
There is currently no Mac version of the BitWine Taskbar. However, if
you have a Mac with an Intel processor, you can install Microsoft
Windows and run the Taskbar in Windows.
Install Windows XP on your Mac (refer to parallels help
for more detailed guide).
Create a new virtual machine with at least 200MB of RAM and 2 GB of hard drive space.
Put Windows XP installation CD/DVD into your drive.
Launch the virtual machine and follow the standard Windows installation.
(Optional) Once Windows is up and running, you may wish to install
"Parallels tools" - a special Windows driver that makes it easier for
your computer to share the mouse with your virtual machine (without
this driver you will have to switch control of your mouse back and
forth between operating systems instead of them sharing control
automatically.
We intend to build a fully Mac-compatible version of the BitWine
Taskbar later this year, but hopefully this work-around will help some
of our valued Mac users in the meantime.
Click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link on
the "sign in" page and create a new password. Your old one will remain until you have chosen a

First, please login to your BitWine account. Next, check the email address
you gave us during registration to verify that it is correct. If it is not correct,
please edit the address in your profile and resend the confirmation email.
If the address you gave us was correct, then the confirmation email may have been collected
by your junk mail/spam filter. In this case, you will want to check your junk mail and deleted
items folders, and also add support@bitwine.com to your email account's "whitelist".
You can also have the confirmation email resent to you from your profile page.
No, your username is the one thing you cannot change in your BitWine account. This is a security measure we use to prevent fraud.

and we can try to help.
Transaction fees vary by payment provider. A typical fee for
receiving funds through PayPal would be $0.30 plus 2.9% of the payment.
BitWine does not currently charge any additional fees for your
received payments.

You bet. BitWine is a service that can be used anywhere in the world.
However, it is important for you to check PayPal to make sure it supports payments to and from your home
country.
There is currently no cost to list and sell your services on BitWine. We may add a small fee in the future, but for now everything is free of charge.
Of course, if you insist on paying, please call us. :-)
During the beta period (for a limited time), there will be no commissions or fees associated with selling your services through BitWine.
However, PayPal does charge a small transaction fee
for payments received.
When and if BitWine chooses to begin charging a commission on services sold through our site, this commission will remain small
and will be charged instantly at the time you are paid for your services.
Anything that's legal, really. Whatever you have to offer that other members of our community find valuable is something you can profit from.

Send a request to customer support and your service will be removed, no questions asked.
We working on adding remove functionality on the site, so it should be available sometimes

A Widget is a web link that you can post anywhere you want (Forums, Blogs, emails).
Any person clicking the link will be sent directly to you Shop page, where they can find information about your Service and
contact you to set up an appointment. The Widget can be displayed as a text link or imbedded in a graphic button.
Signing up for PayPal is easy. Just follow the instructions in the "Set up your PayPal Account" section of the
Account Activation page and you'll be ready to go.
If your call was disconnected for any technical reason or by the Client, you will still be paid the amount that was earned so far on that call.
If a Client behaves in a manner that you find to be unnacceptable, you always have the option of reporting this in the
Review form provided at the end of your call.
Using BitWine, you can find Advisors who are ready and willing to share their knowledge, expertise, and skills on a wide array of subjects.
Once you find the Advisor you are looking for, you simply set up a time with them to talk, and then you meet with them online.
Meeting with someone through BitWine is just like talking on the phone, except that much of the time you can actually see the person you are speaking with.
For all the details of how to get the most out of your BitWine experience,
please see our User Guide.
With BitWine, you only pay for what you get. You do not have to commit to any specific length of time before you meet with your Advisor,
so if your session lasts for 29 minutes, then 29 minutes is exactly what you will pay for, not 30 minutes or an hour.
Since you do not have to spend your money in advance, there is no need for a shopping cart.
You will not pay your Advisor directly with your PayPal account; the payment will be handled through BitWine.
Do not provide your PayPal account information to any Advisor or Client who may request it.
When you begin a paid session with an Advisor, you will be given a PayPal page where you can authorize a purchase of BitWine credit in the amount
that you feel you need to complete your session. If you have not yet finished your session when the credit runs out, you will have the option of
authorizing an additional purchase in the amount of credit you would like.
Any credit that remains unused at the end of your call will not be charged to your PayPal account.
You will only pay for the amount of credit you have actually used.
If you have further questions about this process, please see how it works or contact us.
Payment will automatically be made at the end of your meeting; no other payments are required.
If an Advisor asks you to make further payment, please contact us.
All disputes need to be settled between the Advisor and Client before ending their call.
If you believe that you are not receiving the service you were promised from your Advisor,
let the Advisor know that you believe you should be given a refund for your call.
Most Advisors are good people who will recognize if they were unable to help you in the way they had promised,
and will agree to give at least a partial refund. If you remain unsatisfied after voicing your concerns to your Advisor,
please use the Review form provided at the end of your call to let the rest of the BitWine community know about your bad experience with this Advisor.
Likewise, if you are rude or if in some other way your Advisor has a bad experience in your session, you may receive a negative review as a Client.
Both Advisors and Clients read the review of members wishing to meet with them, and use that information to decide whether they would like
to accept that contact.
Each payment is sent directly from the Client to the Advisor through the BitWine system at the end of their call.
BitWine does not hold this money, and therefore cannot provide a refund. If you would like a refund from an Advisor,
please request this from them.
You can sign up for PayPal by visiting their website at www.paypal.com.
You can also visit our Registration page, where we take you step-by-step through the process of setting up your
