Asif Shaikh is a technical consultant with over 11 years of experience in IT industry with more then 5 years specific to the service level management and planning and engineering.

Asif Shaikh acquired his service level management and planning skills in post secondary training in Information Systems and technical institutions such is PBSC, Thinkpath and Pink Elephant.

In recent position as a consultant for a large Canadian financial organization Asif Shaikh has implemented successful measures to manage and track incidents and problems with best practices models of ITIL and COBIT. Having worked with several large projects, Asif Shaikh has acquired significant knowledge of Service Level Management (SLM) with emphasis on Configuration, Problem and Release Management with excellent customer relationships.
