I started out as Tech Support and I guess I have come full circle now.

I am pretty much a jack-of-trades when it comes to computers. I have done a little bit of everything. I have taught classes in Information Technology and have been in the business for nearly 20 years. I have experience with both Windows and Macintosh operating systems.
