Associate Degree: Computer Network Administration, Cisco trained, MCP. Currently working on MSCA certification.

15 years of personal and professional experience with PC and Apple. I am currently a Service Manager in a computer store in Westchester, NY. In addition to that I am a technical consultant for a non-profit organization.
