I have been in the culinary business for over 20 years. I have seen most kinds of operations. Everything from industrial foodservice operations to corporate restaurants to “mom and pop” restaurants. I am very adept at brand development and love working with start-ups. I have experience in menu development and menu evolution. I am always aware of the balance of costs and maintaining customer satisfaction and value perception.
