I have been in the culinary business for over 20 years. I have seen most kinds of operations. Everything from industrial foodservice operations to corporate restaurants to “mom and pop” restaurants. I am very adept at brand development and love working with start-ups. I have experience in menu development and menu evolution. I am always aware of the balance of costs and maintaining customer satisfaction and value perception. If you aren’t an aspiring restauranteur and just want advice on culinary things, that is wonderful also, because I love food! Any kind of menu planning for home, or vacation or special event is well within my grasp.
