I was the founder and CEO/CTO of a SaaS company in the IT Infrastructure / Security space, which was acquired in 2006 by a Global 1000 corporation.

I led the creation of some of the world’s leading SaaS/software products in their categories, which today power Fortune 1000 financial services and high-tech companies, as well as law enforcement and national intelligence organizations around the world.

After the acquisition of my company, I served as a C-level executive, ensuring the success of the acquisition and playing a key role in breakthrough multi-hundred-million dollar wins. Since 2006, I’ve served on the Boards and Advisory Boards of many highly regarded early-stage companies in the IT infrastructure, security, and SaaS sectors.

I’m often quoted by the press, and have appeared on the cover of CIO Magazine, NY Times, USA today, as well as hundreds of other offline and online media outlets.
