I worked for 6 years for an internet service provider in my country in many positions (network administrator,server administrator,reparing computers on the network)so i think im more then qualified to help you with your everyday computer problems :). And a lot of drama happened in my life,my girlfriend commited suicide because she was severaly ill(she had lung cancer)so i can understand others in similar situation and i can help them with a sincerly and friendly advice.
