Zen-based Mentoring/Coaching
The Phoenix Centre is rooted in the Humanistic and Transpersonal Psychotherapy movements. This is a therapy and lifestyle understanding that stresses personal responsibility, our innate ability to make better choices, (thus integrating more of our selves into every day living,) and respect for and appreciation of the desires and differences of others.
We provide one on one counselling (including counselling by phone and e-mail), Zen Bodywork, and seminars and training events for individuals and companies.
