While practicing law, I became the attorney for plaintiffs in seven states who sued the CIA for deliberately importing illegal narcotics into America’s segregated African-American neighborhoods and thereby causing harm to all Americans. The consolidated cases were called the Nicaraguan Contras Narcotics Trafficking Litigation. More information about those lawsuits are available on the website www.afrocide.com and in the book "Revealing Mistaken Identities".
Suing the federal government can be career suicide, meaning that I was disbarred, a small price to pay since I and my family also became the victims of seven car accidents around my court deadlines. Another consequence of standing up to tyranny is that I lost two homes in Florida. However, when foreclosure threatened my mother, I began researching ways to prevent homelessness. What followed is my experience with land patents and fighting foreclosure through the state and federal courts. My consultations share my experience.
