I am a social worker and life coach with 25 years experience in addictions, domestic violence, ADHD, immigration, trauma (both military and civilian), rehabilitation and all the affiliated issues related to the aforementioned.
I use humanistic, behavioural techniques as well as coaching techniques as needed, in an open collaboration between my client/s and myself.
