I have been living with the diagnosis of Dementia, probably of the Alzheimer’s Type for the past eight years. I have written a book, Alzheimer’s From the Inside Out, traveled all over the world speaking on What’s it like to live with Alzheimer’s Disease. I have found a new purpose for my life to stand up and speak out about my life experiences living with the symptoms of dementia. I am neither a Medical Doctor nor a Pharmacists (I was a psychologist, that is how I earned my PhD). I do not claim to be "the" voice of dementia. I do claim to have spoken with thousands of folks living with the symptoms of dementia and thousands and thousands of their care partners. Richard
