I’m really to cut the cord on this connection and heal any advice on how to do this , how can I start the detachment process

I would meditate on this firstly…break any energy bond that u see or sense in meditation, give it to the universe to handle.

Beyond that, healing takes time. There is no easy fix for heart break and loss. You just have to go thru the pain of it and over time, it will lessen, you will heal and be able to move forward to new love in the future.
