Another sleepless night. Dwelling on life and love. I give more than I get. I don’t feel emotionally fulfilled, and a heartbrokenness when I should be feeling loved and happy. When will this feeling go away? It’s tearing me apart and wearing me down.

There is no specific timeframe for healing heartache. Unfortunately, the only way out is through, as they say. Your behavior and actions, in the meantime, though, can help raise your vibration and get you through. Remember, YOU control your thoughts, but it is a concious practice.
